The terms of use of the Websites contained herein (the “Terms of Use”) are entered into by and between the Website user (“You”) and the Yogui Ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as “Yogui/We/Our/Us”).
By using our Websites and/or Services and clicking past this legal disclaimer page, you confirm that you accept this legal disclaimer, the Terms of Use, the privacy policy and agree to comply. If you do not agree, you must not use the Websites or Services of Yogui Ecosystem.
You further represent and warrant that you:

(c) have full power and authority to enter into this agreement with Us, and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

- Security problems experienced by the user (e.g., unauthorized wallet access), or
- Actions or inactions of third parties (e.g., provider insolvency, information security breaches, or fraud).
To access certain features, you may be asked to provide wallet information. The Websites may store this information only for protocol purposes and will not share this information with third parties.
Investment Risks
Participation in Earn Programs and interactions with tokens offered through Yogui.io and Yogui.Finance involve inherent risks. The investment in cryptocurrencies and RWA tokens is highly speculative, subject to significant volatility, and can result in a complete loss of principal.
You are responsible for understanding all associated risks, conducting due diligence, and reviewing the terms and conditions of each RWA ally before making any decisions.
Compliance with Tax Obligations
Users of the Websites are solely responsible for determining their tax obligations related to their holdings and transactions. Neither We nor contributors to the Websites are responsible for determining or reporting your tax liabilities.
No Warranties
The Websites are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality of the Websites.

Yogui.Finance operates as an independent protocol, separate from Yogui.io, the Yogui Token (YOG), and the RWA Tokens, as well as the companies or entities that may back each token. The protocol is designed to facilitate decentralized financial operations, but neither Yogui.io, the Yogui Token, the RWA Tokens, nor the backing entities are directly responsible for the operations, functionality, or outcomes of Yogui.Finance and its Earn Programs. Users interact with Yogui.Finance at their own discretion, assuming full responsibility for any associated risks.
